Review Version is something I did for Sonic 06 because I had crap loads of jokes for it (including the obvious LAWLLONGLOADTIMES).

So I thought I'd bring it back to talk about how people are pooping all over Sonic and the Black Knight despite it being a semi-decent game that is enjoyable and worth a rental at least.

I long ago stopped using reviews to judge whether or not to buy a game and just go pot luck with it. I've had well rated games bore me to tears and very poorly rated games entertain me for hours. That's just how it goes I guess.

I actually like this game.

It's not a really good game...but it's a step in the right direction for Sega considering the last 3 console games. =/

Some player sez that the story sucked and gameplay was linear, like the original Sonic, which wasn't bad. :|

Sonic and The Black Knight was actually a decent game, some parts bogus, they could have walked you threw in a tortorial like when you fight the black knight (or other main characters) and swing at the right time. The game was still pretty good, lives didn't matter, you get a good 100 rings per boss battle, you could find rings almost anywhere, the stages were pretty good most of the time, there was a good feeling of speed, missions were ok I guess, the characters were good, and it actually seemed or felt like you could use chaos control when you play as Shadow, but it probably wasn't or was chaos control. They remixed some Sonic and The Secret Rings stuff, but they did make it better, Jason Griffith got a little better, but to me he sounded a little off, or odd a couple of times in the game when he voiced Sonic, but stil good. The music was pretty good, multiplayer could have been done in a different, or better way with the camera, it would be nice if they could have made the level up easier or different or something, but how fast you level up is up to the player. The story did kind of mimike the acual King Author story, but they did manage to mix it up in a way that didn't totally copy of the King Author story, it would have been nice if the homeattack could hurt enemies, but at least it got you over to enemies, or targets so you could hit them with your sword, I hope they'll put the spin dash in won of their upcoming Sonic games again because the spindash either helped you now and then, or got Sonic off to a good start of speed. The village people being in the way was anoying, but it gave you a challenge so the game won't be that much easier, wethier it was story mode, or missions. Overall I in my honest opinion would have given the game an 7, 8, or 9 out of ten. ( Yea I said a lot...)

Hey. I'll probably update again eventually.

I tend to go through periods where I'll update a bunch of comics, then go 2-4 months where I don't update at all.

That's just me really.
